Welcome to River School House
Located in the beautiful village of Yarmouth, Maine we currently offer nature-based programs for children ages 2-5.
We are now accepting enrollment for the 2009-2010 school year.

The River School of Maine is a place where compassion, peaceful communication, and caring for the earth lay the foundation for which all learning and thoughtful living happens. It is where children can keep intact the "magic" of childhood while fostering their inherent reverence for the natural world. We aspire to see children grow to become balanced, whole and thinking individuals with an excitement and appreciation for the natural world.
